DK6000 Multi Tester
· The DK6000 Multi Tester uses advanced thermal electrical conductivity to test for diamond and Moissanite. Moissanite (a manmade stone) has the same thermal conductivity as diamond and registers as diamondon diamond testers, using this Multi Tester helps you to accurately distinguish between diamond and Moissanite.
· The DK6000 Multi Tester is fitted with a UV light that can be used during a test to give more accurate readings on Moissanite (it excites the atoms and improves electrical conductivity). It can also be used to observe the fluorescence in diamonds for the purpose of colour-grading.
· The DK6000 Multi Tester tests stones mounted in jewellery or loose stones and is fitted with a built-in metal alert letting you know if you accidentally touch the setting or stone holder, helping the user to eliminate false readings.
· The DK6000 Multi Tester is fitted with an illuminating band around the probe which lights up in different colours to correspond with the test result, and with each colour it makes a different sound, allowing the user to see the result without having to watch the lights on the top of the tester.
· The DK6000 Multi tester is fully automatic and requires no calibration by the user making it easy and simple to use. Powered by one standard 9v battery or an optional AC power supply (not included).
