A brand new edition to our range of Testers is the GemTrue™ Multi Plus. The GemTrue™ Multi Plus has been reduced in size making it one of the smallest multi testers available. A compact testing tool which is excellent for travel purposes, fitted with a new large illumination panel placed right over the top of the tester allowing a clear easy view of your testing results, combined with a 180° touch grip ensuring perfect electrical contact between the user’s fingers and the tester giving accurate test results. The GemTrue™ Multi Plus is the newest portable user friendly tester in our range that you can easily slip in your pocket and use any time to help you distinguish Diamonds from Moissanite instantly and also alert you of simulants (other stones such as cubic zirconia).
The GemTrue™ Multi Tester uses advanced thermal electrical conductivity to test for diamond, Moissanite and simulants (other stones such as cubic zirconia). Moissanite (a manmade stone) has the same thermal conductivity as diamond and registers as diamond on diamond testers, therefore using this Multi Tester helps you to accurately distinguish between Diamond and Moissanite.

- UV light that has been mounted in the tip that can be used during a test to give more accurate readings on Moissanite (it excites the atoms and improves electrical conductivity). It can also be used to observe the fluorescence in diamonds for the purpose of colour-grading
